During my trip to the Blogworld Expo in Las Vegas last week I had the pleasure to meet up with a long time online friend and social network guru Mike Mueller. I shared with Mike about the Arizona Real Estate Blogging Network and he was more than happy to discuss social media networking with me. Mike was a great sport to allow me to interview him with some video coverage and I wanted to share it here with you.
Mike Mueller does a really great job in getting his message out and in using many different social media tools in his business. Mike uses a lot of video and is an active blogger.
Of course, you can find him on Twitter, Facebook and just about any other network you can think of.
For some of the local agents that have no idea what any of this means, you should follow Mike and you should get involved by joining AZ Real Estate Blogging Network.
Here you can learn and share ideas with other agents of similar interests and goals. With our Arizona Blogging Network we encourage one another with blogging for business and understand the value and importance of blogging, social media.

Podcasting For Real Estate Professionals: Marketing with Podcasts - Part 1
September 23, 2008 by David Lopez
After entertaining at weddings for over fifteen years, I’ve started my own podcast business, Pezaudio.com. I have always been happy in front of a microphone and now I want to share with you how to make your blog a performance stage to give you the best chance at capturing and winning over new clients.
Clients want to know you as a person, much like what you want to achieve with posts and content you provide on your professional blogs. Recording live with your voice through a podcast is another avenue to offer your personality to those prospective clients that perhaps enjoy podcasts on their ipods or mp3 players.
There is a large audience that subscribe to regular podcasts for their commute to work, travel, gym workout and entertainment. Podcasting is a great way to reach that pool of prospective clients. If you have never taken a stroll through itunes.com to see how many podcasts are available, I invite you to do so. The best part is most podcast are free and offer some fantastic advice and tutorials. Real Estate professionals could take advantage of using this online marketing tool that will open up a new pool of buyers or sellers for their sphere of influence (SOI).
I’ve recorded a new podcast to introduce myself and you to podcasting. This is not far from what you are doing right now with writing content for your real estate blogs, but what about those that don’t have time to read each new post? All you need is the basic tools and you can get started adding audio to your real estate blog today!
I will be offering a series of tutorials for AZ Real Estate Blogging Network (AZREBN) readers on the ‘how-to’s’ of podcasting to help you in your journey of marrying your blog with audio podcasts. I will be happy to assist, coach and produce your real estate podcast also. You can find my blog at www.Pezaudio.com
Contact me direct if you would like to discuss ideas, thoughts of how you could use podcasting on your professional blog today! Feel free to ask questions in the Support Forum here on AZREBN. I look forward to any and all questions you may have! In the meantime, Happy Podcasting.

However, blogging nowadays is more of a business than a hobby, so besides liking the subject you write about, you must also consider if your posts will interest other people. And, in order to keep that interest, how many hours will you have to dedicate to your blog each week. Spending time on your blog can be a very serious question that you can only answer.
The following presentation shows you 25 styles of blogging, what each of it means, how hard will it be to make a successful blog with that style, how much effort will you have to put in and what are the results you can potentially reach.

S
o the geniuses at Google have now officially taken on Microsoft head on with the launch today of the Google Chrome Browser, a direct IE7 competitor. Here is Google’s official statement from their blog yesterday.
They indicated that they would be releasing it today in over 100 countries for Windows users, with Mac and Linux to come closely on it’s heels. Although I can’t yet find where to download it. More to come as I test FlexMLS, TopProducer 8i and others in the new, more powerful browser.
Oh, lest I forget, in a truly unique manner, Google launched Chrome in a Comic Book that was circulated like wildfire around the Internet.
Enjoy…
